Mazda Australia’s national car configurator reimagined how customers explore and personalise their vehicle purchase, delivering an intuitive interactive platform that allowed users to build, customise, and visualise their ideal car in real time across more than 100 dealerships nationwide.
As Lead Producer, I oversaw the project from discovery through to rollout, managing production strategy, client relationships, schedule and budget oversight, stakeholder alignment, and cross disciplinary team delivery across design, engineering, and 3D content creation to bring a complex digital product to market at scale.
